i'm racist, am i ?


the 'c' is cool. they have more self-esteem than u could ever imagined. They think they're so good with anything, and not willing to ask for opinion. Plus, most of them are not really into a conversation with stranger. The younger one like to stay in a group, and build up a barrier to cover themselves from outside harm. But once u're able to penetrate the barrier, u'll find warmth inside. The elder is slightly different. If they feel that u're one of them, they'll accept u easily. Just 1 thing, they like to give advice, and the lecturing is so annoying sometimes.

the 'i' is clever. U may think they're friendly, and yes, they are. While you think you are almost able to achieve the 'symbiosis' communication, you'll be surprised at how good their observation are. They look into every details that sometimes we'd never realized of. And similar to the 'c', they are thick face when it comes to bargaining. in that time, we should stand still with our position, and it will be okay at last. And again, similar to the 'c', they are usually the one who will do the shouting part. They wouldn't mind using this last resort to achieve their objective. And yes, some of them only believe in their own species. Well, they're good friends once they accepted u too.

the 'm' is friendly. The younger one , yes, stick in a group of 3-10. U can hardly find 1 who is alone. If u happen to see a lone 'm', u have nothing to fear . He will be very polite. As for the group 'm', it'll be a bit different. Anyway, they're opposite to 'c', and willing to communicate with stranger even when they're in a group. Friendly & humorous (a bit cold humor sometimes) , they show the best quality of unity. As we're on the same level of position with them, u'll feel no pressure. They're not really competitive and that creates a relax aura around it. They don't really care about the details and they'll do what they're asked to do, and don't want to do something more. 1 last thing, they're the one who are worse on financial too. I guess a few financial classes for them wouldn't hurt.

And to my surprise, most people just do whatever they're being asked to do, and do not have a overall picture of it. And the higher up doesn't bother it too. Most of the time, people wouldn't want to share knowledge, and even if they do, limited. That's "light bulb" for the 'fish story' again ^^

That's my observation for the 4 days hell training. I'd experienced a lot of 'interesting' events too.
